We're excited to introduce Gentle Pace Apps, a small indie studio focused on building thoughtful, privacy-first tools for everyday life. Our mission is simple: create apps that do one thing well, respect your privacy, and get out of your way.
We currently have three apps in development: Budget Room for subscription management, Pocket Crew for ultra runners, and DeepFocus for distraction-free productivity. Each app is being crafted with care, and we can't wait to share them with you.

In an era where apps harvest data to sell ads, we're taking a different approach. All Gentle Pace apps store your data locally on your device or in your personal iCloud account. We never see your information, and we never will.
This isn't just a feature - it's a core principle. We believe your financial data, fitness stats, and productivity habits belong to you alone. Building privacy-first apps may limit some features, but it's a tradeoff we're happy to make.

Pocket Crew: Built by Runners, for Runners
Pocket Crew started as a messy spreadsheet during training for a 100-mile race. Managing aid station drop bags, calculating pace splits, tracking mandatory gear, and planning nutrition - it was a lot to juggle across multiple apps and documents.
We're building the tool we wish we had. Pocket Crew will bring all your race planning into one place, with full offline support for those remote mountain trails. More details coming soon as we finalize features.
